MY FOSTER DOG'S PROFILE

Please write a narrative of your foster dog that we can post for prospective adopters.

Here is an example Profile:

Zoe is as cute as a button, approximately 18 mo old and 14 lbs.  She's a very sweet girl who likes to play fetch and tug-o-war and LOVES her squeaky toys! She is very smart and learns new things very quickly.

From her Foster Mom “We’ve already taught her to fetch, use the doggie door, to sit and to stay and we've only had her since Thursday evening… and she comes when you call her… Zooooooeeeeee!”

She lies quietly throughout most of the day unless she can find a willing playmate. She is definitely a lover and can't get enough pets, brushing and attention!!!

Zoe is very eager and quick to learn new things.  She uses the doggie door, loves car rides and going for walks! She does fine with bathing and with the blow dryer.   When the front door to the house is open, she even knows ‘stay’.  She's average in temperament and energy level, and overall a pretty quiet little girl, only barking when she thinks she needs to alert her Foster Family, but quiets down immediately with correction.

Zoe would do well in an active home since she is still a puppy and loves to play! She would do well as an only dog or in a home with another, more mellow dog. While she is waiting for her perfect forever home, Zoe is learning new things each and every day.

She is spayed, current on all of her vaccinations and micro-chipped. She is located in Southern California and available for adoption..... and did we mention she is cute as a button!!!
